Gina relocated from Texas to Virginia in 1993 & married her husband, Daniel, who is a software developer. They are empty nesters with 4 fur babies at home and moved back to Loudoun County after raising their sons in Clarke County. Gina's passion is selling homes but she also enjoys wine tastings, craft fairs, reading & travel.Prior to entering real estate, Gina ran a home-based business for 5 years specializing in birth announcements & nursery d?cor. She utilized those entrepreneurship skills to launch a successful real estate business while providing in-home care for her growing boys. Within 6 years, she had advanced to the position of managing broker supervising a team of over 50 agents. Gina decided to return to working directly with buyers and sellers and implement the problem solving skills that she had honed during her 4 years in management. She recently had her best year in real estate with 52 homes sold.

Seller reviewGina initially met with us a few years ago when we wanted to start the moving process. She walked thru our home and provided feedback to help us get market ready. It took us about 2years to get to that point but when we contacted her again she was ready to go as if it was a week ago. She communicates clearly and clarifies all the technical things in "non realtor" speak for us! She worked hard all the time for many clients but she manages to make you feel as if you're her only client! She responds to questions quickly and with all the info you asked for. She knows her stuff! She's funny, kind, thorough and clearly experienced! Once the initial sale of our home was over-we missed our daily interactions with her!!! She helped us find a great new home and we are forever grateful!! We can't recommend her enough!
