Seller reviewWe have sold 2 homes in Highland with Gina in the past 18 months totalling nearly $1.6M. If I could give her an 11 out of 10 I would do so across all cartegories. The last home she sold for us was my elderly mother's. She had lived in the home for 50 years and there was much to do with getting it ready for sale. Gina had contacts for all needed services: Packing, Moving, Painting, Termite Inspection, Plumbing, Roof Repair. All of her vendors are dependable and reasonably priced. Gina assisted with picking interior paint colors and flooring. When it came time to price the home she knew the market well, it sold for $50k over asking in a matter of days! She will vette all offers and make sure you have a viable buyer. Seemless communication through the escrow process all the way to closing. If you are looking for a realtor that is truly a "one stop shop" for preparing and selling your home or a knowledgable buyers agent, look no further. Gina is simply the best!
