Buyer reviewGina was AMAZING! So detailed, so organized and was available when we needed her. Her diligence on our septic system is especially notable. Given her advice, we made sure the seller was responsible for any septic issues even though he was selling the property 'as is'. We likely would have been paying for a new septic system ourselves had it not been for Gina! She's the best!

She was also incredibly patient and helpful navigating showings for us that were in person and virtual at the same time. Gina was fantastic in all aspects of our home search and purchase. No matter the number of homes we saw in quick succession -- and there were a lot -- she was helpful, encouraging, and focused on our needs/wants until we discovered the right home. Gina and Niki were beyond great at keeping us informed and on top of documents toward our home purchase and doing so with a friendly, upbeat attitude. We are so glad we were connected to Gina for our home search and purchase! She and her team provided fantastic service that brought us to our beautiful new home.
