Agent Ginger Bozied was extra attentive to our wants and needs in finding us the perfect home and in rapidly selling our old home in a timely manner. She called many times each week to keep me informed of transactions. Ginger Bozied was recommended to me, when I called my personal friend, Roseanna Hardy, the Century 21 Office Manager. I am so glad Roseanna suggested that Ginger Bozied would be an excellent agent for me. It was so enjoyable to meet and talk on the phone to Ginger. She has an upbeat personality, is very well organized and makes you feel like you matter to her, while she is working overtime to find you the perfect new home and sell your old home in an efficient manner. Ginger Bozied fits all of these categories. In future, I will highly recommend her to all of my friends and relatives. The Office Manager Roseanna Hardy was so helpful and worked with Agent Ginger Bozied to find the new home and quickly sell the old home at a highly competitive price.

I don't know the full details of what Ginger Bozied did to advertise or promote. All I know is that she dropped everything to meet with me last minute on a holiday weekend and then sold the property at the price we wanted on the FIRST DAY! Not only that but she kept up with the process until closing. It is important to note that I am stationed overseas and the property was placed in probate.

Being an out of state buyer is a difficult situation albeit a stressful one due to time and place constraints. The other party was a foreign seller which came with its own set of hurdles. Ginger understood this and was invaluable to this process. She showed up in every way possible; often at a moments notice and left nothing unsaid or undone. Her skills of timeliness, listening, observation were utilized to the fullest. Her professionalism is exemplary and she earned our highest regard!
