Seller reviewThis was not our first real estate sales rodeo but it certainly was the smoothest ride! We never felt pressured or encouraged to take offers. Ginny Whipp took care of everything always keeping us in the loop and sharing her thoughts and ideas. Ginny is a true professional with strong communication skills. She was never pushy or over eager to make the sale. This is not our usual experience with realtors so it was very appreciated and refreshing. She went the extra mile to attend closing making sure all was in order and that we understood every facet of the documents . The best realtor isn't necessarily the one selling the most homes or listing the most properties and they definitely aren't the ones making the highest commissions, they are the ones treating their clients like family and friends with patience and caring. Ginny Whipp is that Realtor!

Her diligence in scouring the market to find potential homes, contacting selling agents to get as much detail on properties as possible, leveraging past experience and working relationship with industry experts, were the perfect formula in ending our dream home search. Ginny was also extremely impressive at the contract closing, explaining complex contractual items in simplified terms to ensure our comfortability with such a monumental purchase! I would recommend Ginny to any of my friends and family, knowing they would be in great hands.
