I have bought five homes in my live time and my experience with Gloria Marsella was the best I've ever had with a buyer's agent. I can't say enough good things about her personally and professionally. I would recommend her highly to any of my friends, and plan on asking her to represent me on the sale of my present home.

This the wife and my first time buying a home and Gloria was phenomenal. I've dealt with other realtors in the past from rentals and other failed purchasing efforts and Gloria is the real deal. Gloria is honest, personal, dependable, diligent, attentive, and responsive. Gloria went above and beyond our expectations with helping us understand the process and contracts, locating properties that fit our criteria, making the most of the due diligence period and amending the contract, working long days and late hours from start to finish. I personally would recommend Gloria Marsella to any first time home buyer or sellers. I was very nervous about the process of selling my home, but Gloria stepped in and erased all doubt from my mind and helped me reach my goals for selling my home. She's very approachable, knowledgeable, and can be reached anytime. Gloria made the crazy process of selling my home smooth and easy. When I am going to purchase a new home I will be giving her a call.

Prior to listing our property, I was receiving emails periodically from Gloria about properties like ours that had sold. I think I triggered this somehow as I had been googling similar properties for sale before we were ready to put ours on the market. We contacted Gloria initially because she was with a reputable company and we choose her because she responded to our first call quickly where others did not.

I don't know how we would have done this without Gloria. With rates rising, home sales slowing and increasing demands for move in ready homes. Gloria got us prepared. We got the home on the market fast, she had amazing photos taken, she helped us price the home fairly and accurately. There were so many times we needed her help, her expertise and she was right there with us...Giving us sound advice based on experience. She listened to all our needs. She was always accommodating. As soon as the home sold, she had us looking at homes. We were able to identify a great home quickly because of her help! She got us through closing of both homes and made sure that we had all our boxes checked each step of the way. Gloria was a Godsend! Every recommendation she made was a game changer when things suddenly came up. There was so many times that I thought we were going to hit a roadblock but she knew all the right people to help. I would recommend Gloria to any family member. She treats everyone with respect! She's kind, attentive, enthusiastic, organized, positive, and is absolutely hilarious when we needed a laugh.
