Buyer reviewI've lost track, but this is my 5th or 6th transaction with Grace. She is so patient with me. I will call her when I see a property I'm interested in and she always finds time to show it to me. She set up a Property List according to my requirements so I could see the latest listings. I have purchased properties through my IRA which adds additional work and time, but she never hesitates to take on another project with me. As far as I'm concerned, she is the best and I would never look anywhere else for my real estate needs.

Buyer reviewI think this was my 4th transaction with Grace as my realtor. She is exceptional in so many aspects. Her knowledge of the market, the neighborhoods, the comps, I know I can rely on her expertise without worry. She is helpful with inspections, and getting the process competed in a timely manner. In addition her business acumen, she has become a true friend. I can't imagine ever using anyone else.
