We wanted an agent to protect our interest as the buyers and to ensure all transactions were carried out in an efficient and timely manner which she did very well. Seller reviewI have bought and sold 7 houses and have had at least 7 different realtors in 3 states. Grace now ranks in the top 2. In fact, I would only ever reuse or recommend the top 2. I expect more from realtors than they seem able to deliver, except in Grace's case. She exceeded my expectations.
