He showed us a few homes. After we went back home he kept sending us suggestions. Then we found this one home online. It took a quick phone call and Grant right away set up an virtual visit for us and negotiated the entire deal for us. He took care of business and stayed at it, through a fairly complicated situation with us being on the other side of the world. He was very professional, great to communicate with and thoughtful of all details. He organized everything needed so we could arrive in TX and close on the house the day after.
