I would not consider anyone else in Eastern NC but Gray to help me in selling or buying property. Not only is he a fantastic realtor, but he is an even better human being. Gray's deep connections for resources in taking a property that needed a lot of work to close was essential for us realizing the best value for our property. We needed foundation work and he had a guy. We need roof work done and he had someone else he could recommend. We needed plumbing work and again he was able to coordinate the work to be done. He is well connected in the New Bern area.
