Seller reviewGreg sold me the house nine years ago and then kept in touch. He was great at following every so often and frequently sent mail with helpful real estate tips. I would never have considered anyone else. As soon as I knew I was going to sell, I contacted Greg and he came over and spent several hours going over the process and then walked through the entire house with me pointing out areas I could fix or de-clutter. I took all of his advice and it paid off big. You could not find a better realtor than Greg. Greg worked hard before we went to market with photo shoots, coming soon advertising, and marketing when we opened. The result was astounding. My house was literally everywhere online. The first couple of days it was on the market we had 48 showings. By the third day we had 7 offers and the final accepted offer was 11K over asking with almost no contingencies. Outstanding service, attention to detail, and dedication! As stated before, outstanding.

Seller reviewIn our opinion, selling a house/condo consists of much of the same - advertising, planning, negotiating, etc. What set Greg apart was communication and customer service. There was never a time during the process that our questions weren't answered, our concerns weren't allayed, or that we felt we weren't high on his priority list. Greg has other clients but there was never a time that he wasn't reachable.

Seller reviewGreg was our agent for two different transactions: one transaction to purchase our property in 2013 and a second transaction to sell it in 2017. In both transactions, Greg was the epitome of a real estate broker. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, truthful and honest, reachable, approachable, understanding and well-connected. Furthermore, Greg went so far out of his way, above and beyond reasonable expectations, to help sell our house. While I was away for travel, Greg was putting the finishing touches on the house prior to taking professional photographs and hitting the market. My wife reported that Greg was outside the house mowing down straggling pieces of very long grass with a pair of scissors that were missed by the landscaper. At the end of the process, we received three full price offers on the first day on the market, and closed about 45 days later. Greg helped us deal with a very unique (challenging) market, a septic tank, a well, etc. etc. on a 50 year old house. Greg's service and support met and exceeded all expectations.
