I was out of state during the purchase. Greg Lund was on top of the effort. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed and updated. His approach was pro-active.. We highly appreciated having him work this deal. I have had dealing with other agents in the past, and was wondering if all agents were like that. We were a bit hesitant , but Greg quickly built confidence with actions and timely information. He helped point us to critical people in Lewis County that were key to due diligence. Mr. Lund never seemed to be unavailable when we would call and ask if he could meet us at the property so we could check something else out - and we did call him quite a few times. He was very helpful when it came time to make an offer, when we had questions about anything he tried to answer including giving us names of people that did property inspections and contractors as we are having an addition done to the home.

I feel that Greg went above and beyond to help us get our parent's house sold. Since my sisters and I do not live in the area, Greg arranged for bids and checked on the house so we didn't have to coordinate all that. In addition, I felt so comfortable relying on his advice and expertise every step of the way.
