We sold our house from 3,000 miles away; Greg took care of everything for us including dealing with our rental tenants. His efforts relieved us of a lot of stress during the whole process, and made it incredibly easy and smooth. Living thousands of miles away from the location where you are looking to purchase a house is not an easy process, but Greg was very easy to work with. He sent us many listings within our specs and budget each week. Every time we were interested in a house, he looked at it in person and sent videos and/or photos of the house. He gave us his honest opinion on matters that were important to us, such as renovations that would need to be done, distance to the beach, and whether the house was priced fairly. He did several walkthroughs of the house we were interested in purchasing so that we could make up our minds about the purchase since we were buying sight-unseen. Greg was always there to answer any questions or concerns about the house, even when we had to delay the closing date several times. We would recommend Greg Stewart to anyone that is buying a house in this area. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase!

We could tell he actually wanted to help us find the right house for us...not just get a quick sale. We felt important and heard in our search. We would recommend Greg to anyone and already have. He took care of everything and made great recommendations. He made buying a home from out of state seamless! Honestly, Greg is the type of person you hope to meet to help you. Seriously A+. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even when we ran into some bumps that needed to be worked through, Greg was there to help us out every step along the way. I really appreciated his patience and understanding as we found the right house. I never felt pressured, and I always felt heard and supported in our search. I think that really says something about a person especially during the crazy time we're living in right now. We worked with Greg for quite a while, and he stuck with us while we were working our transition plan. We really felt that over the past couple years Greg became a friend and a very trusted realtor. Buyer reviewWe saw the lot we eventually purchased on Zillow, and contacted Greg since he was the listing agent. My original contact happened to be a weekend, so I figured that I would just send an email asking some questions and ask for some additional information. While I hoped to get a response, I really was not expecting one. Almost immediately, Greg responded back and answered all of my questions and even provided additional information that I had yet to ask for. I eventually found out that he was camping in Hatteras, and still made time to respond to me. While I did not expect it, I was very impressed.

I wasn't available to even see the home due to Covid and all it's craziness. He was patient and understanding. He did a video walkthrough, helped with ensuring repairs were complete, was present for the final walkthrough, and was completely involved from start to finish. This made the process for us, from afar, very smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Greg to my friends and anyone else who asks for a good realtor in the area.
