As first-time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed and anxious about the process. Gregg immediately gained our trust through his friendly, down-to-earth personality and knowledge of Myrtle Beach. We never felt pressured but could always reach him for questions or honest feedback. We had an issue with our lender the day before closing and I called him in a panic, but he calmly reassured me and then jumped to help resolve the issue. Working with Gregg and Ginger felt like having long-time friends as realtors, which made the process fun and exciting rather than stressful. I can't recommend them enough!
