Gretchen has helped my family buy or sell 5 homes. She listened to our wants and needs and tried to accommodate them (however sometimes difficult they may have been) to the fullest. She is not pushy when buying a home like many realtors can be. I have recommended her to family who were also pleased with her while buying their home. Patience is her best virtue; she guided us through a very long and frustrating short sale, probably more for her than us!
