I purchased a home from a long distance position and it was great having a realtor that knew the area intimately. Grey was accommodating to my travel schedule and was available to take care of issues as they arose. He ended up facilitating a purchase from a VERY difficult seller that had many roadblocks and he was incredibly patient and flexible in getting the deal done. I would certainly insist on using Grey Burge again for future purchases in Gulf Breeze.
