Seller reviewGwen was magnificent during the sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable about comparable in our area and gave us fair and professional advice along the way. She went out of her way to make sure we were kept informed and always was there to reduce our anxiety. For example, an initial offer on our home fell through on the buyers end and Gwen was right there to assure us everything was going to be fine. That was very important, especially to me as a first-time seller, because it reduced by anxiety. Gwen treated us like her only clients (it seemed that way at least). She puts her clients as priorities and goes above-and-beyond to make sure they are kept informed and happy. She always gave us sound advice that made the sale of our home painless and stress-free
