When I was looking for a real estate agent, Gwynn Jones was highly recommended independently by two friends. That got my attention. I contacted her and knew immediately that my search was over. She was the agent for me. Gwynn is the consummate professional. She kept me informed at every stage of the sale, responded quickly to my questions, and provided timely and much appreciated advice when needed. She was also sensitive to my concern about Covid19 and instituted appropriate protocols when showing the house and when communicating with me. She arranged for contracts and other paperwork to be signed online rather than in the office which I greatly appreciated. Gwynn is outstanding as a person and as a real estate agent. I am not surprised that her name tops the list when someone is seeking an agent. I feel extraordinarily fortunate that she was mine.

Gwynn has a personality that is outstanding in this line of work. She considered everything we wanted her to accomplish. She suggested other things so what ever she suggested we found to be outstanding. She knows her profession inside and out and cares about her clients. More so than any agent I've ever dealt with in the many times in my life. Her personality is out of this world. We listened to her throughout the entire process. She definitely cares about her clients. She has the knowledge and personality to be the top salesperson. I will definitely recommend her to any family and friends or anyone I hear of looking to buy or sell property. She was a God send and we put all our trust in her. For me that is something because anyone that knows me I have little trust in people. She looks out for her clients. Online advertising was excellent at. Inspection went quickly. Negotiations with burr gave what we asked. The buyer got an excellent house for the money property was outstanding. Closing went smoothly and done in 20 minutes with no problems. If anyone ever asks about needing an agent Gwynn Jones will be the only one I will ever recommend and I've dealt with a few in my life and never met an agent with her knowledge and personality. Never did she not have an answer to any questions and she knew all the answers to any questions right there and then. All I can say is with all the above she is better than excellent. I've never met an agent with such an awesome personality and her knowledge of the littlest details.
