Buyer reviewWe started to know Hank five years ago. In that past five years, Hank helped us find our dream home, and tenants for our rentals. He is friendly, trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable, and that is why he is the first, (and well, also the only - because we don't need others any more once we reach him ) person we turn to when we need help in purchasing houses and locating tenants.

Seller reviewI had contacted Hank on a property he had listed because I had been waiting for someone to contact me from the website the property was listed on. They never reached out so I decided to just call him. Hank was very nice and answered all of my questions about the property. When I decided to list my home I wanted to have someone that people would like talking to, so I asked Hank to please represent me and my property. He did an awesome and amazing job. He helped me step by step to get my property sold. Because of Hank, once my property was listed, it had a contract in less than two weeks. Hank is always answering my questions and is always eager to help me. I couldn't have found a realtor any better. Hank is now working with me to find a new place of my own. He is just awesome. This was the first time I had ever sold any real estate and Hank was helping me with everything. Hank is just great in every way. He is the best
