Seller reviewThroughout our home sale process, Hank Remschel bent over backwards for us. He immediately understood that we were both busy professionals, and much of the leg work and heavy lifting would be relegated to him. He regularly exceeded my expectations. He recommended where to spend money for the greatest sales appeal, then recommended vendors and helped coordinate renovations on our behalf at fair prices. When the foundation was in question, he researched and found the very person who had completed a repair/re-leveling almost 20 years prior, who then re-confirmed the repairs were still intact with no measurable movement. When no survey could be found--Hank found the original survey conducted 14 years earlier. When the home mysteriously lost 80 square feet over the years (according to the appraisal district), Hank brought in a certified appraiser to measure and determine accurate dimensions, and subsequently gained the square footage back. When the home inspection turned up more repairs than expected, Hank effectively negotiated reasonable terms mutually agreed upon by us and the buyer. I suspect that Hank's calm demeanor and approach behind the scenes prevented several instances of me "blowing up" when someone did not fulfill their obligations or otherwise perform as expected. Most importantly, Hank is honest and ethical in his profession-we were on the same sheet of music in this respect from day one. There were never questions of "how do we hide foundation issues", or any other potential issues for that matter. Hank's resolve was to always bring in a professional, or otherwise get to a solution of accuracy, and then full disclosure to all parties. I will highly recommend Hank to friends and family in the future!
