She was easy to contact and very efficient at getting back to us with any questions or queries we had. We loved that, unlike some other agents we have dealt with, she wasn't pushy at all and we felt like she genuinely just wanted us to be able to find a home that suited us, not like other agents just wanting their commission. Also after the sale she was wonderful at making sure everything was fine and we were happy, which is going above and beyond. Thank you so much Harriet and the team of Century 21-Christel Realty for all of your help and making what seemed a daunting task fairly easy and straight forward.....

She was very knowledgeable regarding the areas we were looking in, providing insight to those areas and how well they aligned with our interests. Unlike a few others I had spoken to during my previous home buying attempt, Harriet was accessible! This alone is worth its weight in gold, deadlines for documentation make it necessary to work with someone who is always bringing their A game! Harriet is highly recommended!
