My husband and I met Harriett when we looked at the property that was being sold. We did not have a real estate agent of our own. Harriett is a very professional Real Estate Agent, with tons of knowledge and expertise in real estate. My husband and I were completely comfortable going through the process from offer to contract to the closing with Harriett. We were formally from New York so dealing with closing in Florida was new for us. Harriett explained the process with the Title Company and the closing. She was there for the inspection, appraisal and any of the questions we needed answers to. She is able to explain things well and she knows how to deal with people. Her personality is very welcoming.
