Harvey Foster is a man of great integrity and truly looks out for the needs of his clients. He does not hesitate to give professional advice, while leaving all decision making to the client. I had told him to watch for a specific type of property and let me know what was available. When the available real estate did not fit our needs, he continued to watch for a property that would, yet did not bother me with those that did not meet the criteria. When issues developed he kept me informed and pursued solutions, resolving every issue! Harvey Foster truly EARNED his commission! Thanks for a job well done! Harvey Foster, took care of every detail, even anticipating items I had not considered. He delivered the news, whether good or bad (and yes, I need to hear the bad news too!) with the utmost professionalism. He pursued and resolved issues relating to surveys, quit claims that were not properly executed and every other obstacle to the purchase, and did so in an astonishingly short period of time. His knowledge of Real Estate law, the professional community, and the market are without peer. Harvey Foster always followed through on everything we asked him to do, and did so in a timely and professional fashion. Above and beyond the call of duty!

I felt that Harvey was the best real estate agents I have used. He made me feel as if I were his only client even though I wasn't. He always got back to me on any question I had. The sale involved cash and a property trade. I was a little worried about the process but Harvey made sure everything went smoothly.
