Seller reviewHayley Avens was my property manager for 3 1/2 years. She did an outstanding job taking care of my home and communicating with me. Hayley was outstanding from the beginning. We were faced with a choice to continue renting or sale the home. Hayley quickly gave us an estimate of both options and placed the home for sale/rent. We received our first offer the following day. It didn't matter if it was after hours or weekend if we had a question she quickly answered and ensured we competed every step on time to a successful closing. For the sale of the home we only dealt with Hayley. Throughout her time as property manager we had the pleasure of dealing with other staff which was also pleasurable. The staff at this agency made us feel comfortable as homeowners renting throughout the whole process.
