I have been the recipient of the Quality Service award, and the Performance Award for sales - both are prized awards offered though Century 21 Corporate, with intentions of many more to come. I have consistently placed among the top five Agents in the local CENTURY 21 office (the largest, most successful regional real estate office in Southeastern Kentucky). I have served in different capacities for the Cumberland Valley Board of REALTORS®, most recently as Chairman of the Public Relations Committee.

I bring into the real estate arena an extensive background from both sales and legal fields. Seller reviewHeather Barrineau handled the sale of my deceased mother's home. I live five hours away and Heather handled EVERYTHING for me. Other than loading personal items from the home, I never had to return for anything related to the sale of the home. This fact was made possible through Heather's dutiful communication. Based on excellent customer service we chose to stay with Heather when we were ready to sell. Heather told us what we could expect to sell the house for and that is exactly what it sold for. We sold it to a cash buyer one week after listing and closed two weeks after listing. Heather sets the standard for professional work at every level in our experience. The listing agent for the buyer of our property was present at closing and did a great job. She often co-lists with Heather.
