I have been in the real estate field since 2006. Starting my career working at the Southeast Arizona Association of Realtors® as an office assistant and spent time training new Realtors® on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system. In 2008 I moved back with my family to Nevada County as we missed the beautiful surroundings and the mountain air. I grew up in Nevada County, went to Bear River High School and Sierra College where I earned degrees in Social Behavioral Sciences, Criminal Justice, and Allied Health. I love to be a part of the community and have been a leader for the Century 21 charity board for over ten years. From the annual backpack drive, to adopting local families for Christmas, I always want to be there to lend a hand. When I am not working hard for my clients, I now have the privledge to help manage and develop other agent's careers at Century 21 Cornerstone Realty! I love being a Career Development Manager and Realtor® with this company! We have so many options for our clients. She was very creative in thinking of ways to make the property as appealing as possible to the potential buyers . She would use other methods of advertising to reach out to various types of clients. She was very sensitive to the market and would continually reevaluate and make suggetions that could make the sale price more appealing. I would highly recommend HEATHER as a very compentant realtor and would use HEATHER again if I were in need of a realtor.
