Seller reviewHeather made selling our condo so easy. She's easy to work with and accurate with her data. We were going to list our home for lower than her recommendation and she talked us into the higher list rate, subsequently we received a larger offer. I would recommend her devices to anyone in the state of Michigan.

Buyer reviewWe loved working with Heather! it was an odd situation in that she was the broker for both us and the sellers, but she handled the situation very professionally. She was so helpful in connecting us with a great inspector and making sure we felt supported even though we handled most of the transaction/negotiation from Chicago. We didn't realize how nice it would be to have someone super local-- she even offered to handle any deliveries/inspections to the new home for us if we weren't able to drive to Michigan for the day.
