Buyer reviewHeather is so knowledgeable about the whole industry and has so many contacts that any issue that came up she was able to help us solve. She was personable, friendly, and professional from the start and I feel we made a great connection with her. Heather Eisen made purchasing and selling a home in the current market a pleasant experience. Things got stressful and tough, at times, and Heather "talked us off the ledge" more than once when we were in a panic. She always knew what to say to be supportive and help us through whatever step in the process we were in.

Her priority is her client's happiness and finding them the right home. She has gone over and beyond for us, driving a hour outside of the city a few times to show us listings. She was understanding and kind when we took a break from the housing market frenzy while continuing to be our champion and optimistic about finding us the right home. Seller reviewNever being in my situation Heather made me feel like I was the only one she was focused on which helped tremendously since I was five states away. The first agent I was in contact with was a total nightmare. In the beginning I spoke with Heather first but somehow almost ended up with a lower of an agent..Call it faith, or God's handy work, I ended up with Heather after almost losing my deceased brother's property which the first agent, in looking back must have had this on her hidden adgenda. From the first phone call I feel very at ease with Heather. She is truly a remarkable agent and Century 21 is blessed to have her on their team.
