She answered every question we had (and there were a lot) , and she made sure that we were comfortable and knowledgeable at every step of the process. On top of that , she had such a personable approach that made house hunting enjoyable, and left us feeling like part of the family! Heather will not only be my agent going forward, but will receive all me referrals as well As high maintenance a client as I can be, Heather was incredibly patient, friendly, informative, and responded promptly to EVERY correspondence I sent to her. Heather had a difficult task as she assisted me in making an offer on a new property, when my offer was accepted Heather had 24 hours to get my hime listed, on the market, and we had to get it under contract quickly as to not loose the new property. Heather had me listed in the 24 hour window, and under contract in 4 days, unbelievable commitment and performance.
