Seller reviewHeather Glaspy Fira did an incredible job in selling our house in less than a week. We had worked with many brokers before and none were as professional or knowledgeable as her. She stayed on top of paperwork and appointments incredibly well. But the biggest deal was that she helped us make thousands more on our house! The market was moving fast and up to the day we listed our house she kept looking at comps. At the last moment she saw a large shift and told us to up our price almost 10% more. We were nervous to do such a large increase, but she was right! Our house even went for over asking! I would highly recommend Heather to everyone in the Dallas area for her great skills and kind gestures. Thanks again, Heather!

She was VERY knowledgeable about properties in the area and went out of her way to make sure we had all of the resources we needed to find the perfect house. Heather stayed on top of all necessary communications, and made sure that we did not forget to dot any i's or cross any t's. And she was there every step of the way making sure we understood what all of the i's and t's meant. All in all, I highly recommend Heather Glaspy Fira if you are looking for a home buying experience.

During the process, she also was able to point us in the direction necessary to do things like get the utilities turned on in a timely manner, and give us access to her contact people to help smooth over some logistical hurdles.
