Seller reviewHector Cortez and Paul Padgett were extremely professional, punctual, and realistic during our initial meeting. They seemed very knowledgeable about the local area and the current market pulse. I enjoyed working on the basis of logical pricing, market planning, and execution. I think they did a great job. They held a Brokers tour, which was critical in soliciting offers BEFORE the first initial open house. Additionally, the home-staging and photography for marketing were done well and critical to the success of our sale. Hector and Paul are an extremely effective team, which ensured that both I as the seller, and the buyers were well-informed and in the best position for a successful sale. They simplified much of the process and alleviated a lot of the stress in dealing with selling our home - this was a huge benefit.

Seller reviewI would say that Hector Cortez is the best realtor in Fremont. I have seen other realtors and he is the best. The house sold in about four days. Great Job! Hector is the best in by book. Paul Padgett is also the best in Fremont. Like I said, the time with both Hector and Paul was the best.
