Even after escrow closed, she continues to check in and make sure we are adjusting and have everything we need. The level of service she provided to me as a first time home buyer is more than I could hope to expect of even the most professional realtor. Seller reviewHeidi is the best realtor period. She spent about a year with us from our initial conversation about potentially needing to sell our house until it closed. She encouraged us to consider multiple alternatives to selling which would have made her no money. She always wanted whatever was best for us as potential clients and then as actual clients. She guided us through what to fix and update before listing and what to leave as is for the buyers to decide about. She always told us the truth about whatever was happening. Our buyers and their agent were very demanding in our opinion, but she walked us through responding to them graciously at each step along the way. We couldn't have been more pleased with Heidi. She's amazing!
