Helping buyers and sellers make wise Real Estate decisions for over 21 years. I love my job. It doesn't matter if I'm helping a seller negotiate their best price or helping a first time homebuyer purchase their first home, I always do my best. I will listen to wants and needs and do my best not to waste anyone's time. I have negotiated hundreds of properties from single family homes to investment properties, new builds, land and even some commercial properties over the years. I believe in always upping my game with taking extra educational classes. I have obtained my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SFRS (Short Sale Specialist) certifications. In my spare time I love to camp with my husband, children and grandchildren. I also volunteer at Kidzworks at Central Christian Church. I'm active with the Rock Green Realtors Association and served the board as President in 2016-2017. It would be my honor to help you!

Seller reviewHeidi Krenz-Buchanan did an excellent job getting my mother's house sold. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. When Heidi thought there was any problem with the property she contacted us with suggestions. When we received an offer she met us at the nursing home and explained everything to my mother. Heidi was helpful from listing to closing. I would recommend Heidi to friends, family or anyone who wants to get their house sold quickly.
