I was raised in the Green Lake area of Seattle and have been on the air in the radio broadcast industry for many years. I started looking past radio in 2007 when I got my real estate license. I experienced a stressful real estate transaction when I sold my home and felt it didn't have to be that way. I enjoy walking my clients through the home buying process from start to finish. For most people, it's the biggest purchase they'll ever make. It's an honor to be a part of that experience. My goal to make it as stress free as possible. My background in marketing and client relationships is what makes me stand apart. I have a great appreciation for excellent customer service. It always stands out. I want my clients to walk away feeling like they were treated like family. Personally, I have been very active in raising funds for breast cancer research after my own diagnosis in 2010. I've been a top fundraiser for both Komen Puget Sound and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer for The American Cancer Society. Both of my kids gave me grand babies in 2021 and nothing makes me happier than spending time with little Connor & Maeve. Above all else, relationships are most important to me. I will go above and beyond to ensure your home buying/selling experience is excellent in every way.

Buyer reviewWe had been looking for a long time, and finally found the house of our dreams. Heidi was quick to get the ball rolling and our offer was accepted and we were able to close in two weeks!! She also continued to assist when we ran into issues with the state of the home at day of closing. The seller, who was also an agent, dropped the ball as far as clearing out the property and the home and Heidi immediately got everything organized and squared away for us. We are so so happy! The dogs are happy and the horses get to come home!
