Heidi went above and beyond expectations. She checked on our property and found things that required attention, such as lawn mowing, pest damage, and other concerns that could have prevented a sale, or lowered the price, and even helped arrange for service for landscaping, mowing, and repairs. Heidi was the best real estate agent with whom I have worked. She communicated with me on every issue. She communicated with other agents and kept me informed at every step. She recommend solutions when the house inspection showed a high cost for repairs which saved me a lot of money. She knew the real estate laws including the tax laws that effected my neighborhood.
