I know that she handles quite often more expensive pieces of property, but she treated our property and us as customers like we were the most important customer that she had. She was very helpful and honest about everything. She went out of her way to accommodate us as we are now out of state and it was not always convenient for us to be at the property. She took time to go by the property and check it and make sure that everything was perfect for our sale. We are very happy that we chose her as our realtor

Seller reviewI haven't the skills to properly communicate how amazing this agent is. In this difficult time Hella was everything someone needs in someone handling this mission. She was supportive in ways I can not clearly defined going (in my consideration) above and beyond the normal role of someone "just trying to sell your home". This agent was a singular bright spot in a dark situation. Patient, communicative, working long hours, going above and beyond in all aspects of this contract. She fought for us and was an ally in every aspect of this ordeal. It is my full intention to "sign" her praises on any medium I have access too. The term "family realtor" is often thrown around, but in this case she is and ALWAYS will be. I would and will directly recommend Hella Rominger to ANYONE attempting to buy to sell in this area.
