Helle is very personable, and not pushy in the least. She simply wants to assist you in the process and to be on hand to research and answer questions. Her husband even assisted by coming to the house in his boat in order to measure the water depths at the dock at low tide, which was very helpful to us. ( Too bad that Helle dropped the boat line allowing the boat to drifted off. But a good thing her husband is a good swimmer! HA!)
