Seller reviewHolly Donahue and her family were neighbors at the property I was selling. Her husband stopped me and offered Holly and his services. When I heard that they were willing to help me get the property ready for sale,I was ready to sign up. Holly meant every word and followed up on that promise including the emotional support I needed. Any favors I asked, like lawn mowing or moving things, were provided generously. Once the property was ready for sale, everything went smoothly with Holly providing complete updates through the entire process. Holly's style was very professional not pushy. I never felt that I was being forced into any decision. She was also very detail oriented and that made me very comfortable. Holly was truthful about pricing and did not promise what she could not deliver. Holly understood that this was an emotional decision for me and showed a lot of understanding, I would recommend Holly Donahue and Century 21 to anyone who was looking for someone who was friendly and knowledgeable.
