She is professional, smart, kind, patient, thorough, supportive... I could go on & on! While retained by the owners of this beautiful co-op apartment, Holly guided me every step of the way through the rental process. She has always been redially available and advocated on my behalf when appropriate. Holly, a resident of Laguna Woods Village, has also gone to great lengths to familarize me with the community and make my transition from the east coast an easy one. At every turn, she has gone over and above to support all of our needs. It has been a joy to work with Holly!

Tenant reviewMy rental/lease search and experience was amazing from start to finish. Another realtor from a different agency had given up on my specific needs and told me it wasn't going to happen. Holly never gave up and instead dug in harder. Holly found the absolute perfect place for me. There were some hurdles along the way which Holly navigated with ease. I was kept informed every step of the way. You know you're working with a true professional when it seems as though everything falls into place with ease. That sense of ease is a true reflection of the skill, knowledge and experience of someone who knows their business inside and out. Even after the agreement was signed Holly provided a step by step guide to the ins and outs of becoming acclimated to my new home and community. I still refer to that guide on a regular basis. I highly recommend Holly!

I would definitely choose Holly in the future or recomment her to friends and relatives since she lives in Laguna Woods and has the edge over realtors who do not live in Laguna Woods who may not know all the ins and outs of the city.
