Holly specializes in San Marcos' Mission Grove and North County San Diego areas. She knows the ins and outs of the area schools and community and knowing she lives among us gave us a sense she loves this area as much as we do. She is the complete package realtor. She did all her own marketing and works tirelessly for you. Photography was professional and the flyers were outstanding and featured our home well. Her posts on social media created a buzz enough to get a quick response. She was always available and takes her job and our questions and concerns seriously. She communicated each step of the process and made it simple and stress free. We can't thank Holly enough for her integrity and professionalism and all her efforts in getting our house sold in 1 week. She made a normally stressful process easy and seamless. Seller reviewIt's really special when you meet a person who truly loves their profession, and that is 100% true of Holly Williams. I'm sure the minimum any realtor must do is handle the paperwork, manage the web posting, and maybe do an open house. Holly does so much more! She papers the local neighborhoods with new listing announcement, she advertises it on social media, she hosts weekend kid-friendly events in our community park to stay in touch with the residents and always has information about the properties she's representing. She really has such a great reputation in our community that most people want to work with her to sell... and Holly's homes sell the fastest! Holly is very knowledgable and has a great sense of the San Marcos housing market and trends. She's very reachable, always super responsive and professional on text, email, and phone. It's really been so easy and enjoyable to work with her. She is the best! We will continue to work with her in the future.
