I am very impressed with April's work! I am so happy to have April as my realtor. I knew nothing about this new real estate market, but April helped me every step of the way. I bought a new house, from selecting the house, negotiating, bidding, to endless discussions with the builder (because my city has a very high probability of tornadoes, but the developer did not equip the house with a storm shelter). I tried giving away one for free and asked the developer for an automatic garage door and remote key. These projects (originally purchased at their own expense) are carried out in a structured, fixed-point orientation, etc. She is always there for me and gives me advice! My family is so impressed with her dedication. I would recommend it to my friends without hesitation. Thank you April and look forward to our next cooperation.
