This was our first time buying a house. I'm a very hesitant and selective individual. I had 2 other agents besides Humberto, but it was a very easy decision to go with him. He looks young, but he seems very experienced on his field. He answered questions and concerns even before they would arise. That was impressive. He uses all tech available to accommodate to your needs. All I have to say was "Humberto, my fam and I are looking for a house". Asked us about the house we were looking for, the same day he sent us around 30 to look at. We picked from the list, went to go see them via appointment or walk thru. Narrowed it down and he fought for us like a warrior. Humberto, is a man of his word, hard to find these days. He spoke to my wife and kids and made sure their opinion was considered, as I would of wanted. He knew what I wanted, what my wife wanted and what my kids wanted, and with that info he found us a home. He made process easy and smooth, and on top of that got us a couple of presents to congratulate us. This man and his team deserve a trophy, true professionals.
