Ian and Joel did a great job. Our house sold in just a few days on the market. The sale is critical, however the follow up and process is very important. Their communication during the escrow was outstanding.

I have known Ian for a number of years and know he is honest and reliable. I would recommend him to family as their agent any time. When something is needed he or his associate will come to you instead of you having to go to his office. One thing that stands out about Ian is his easy friendly manner which makes approachable.

We chose Ian Davidson based on a strong recommendation of a friend. Our friend mentioned that Ian had knowledge of the area and was professional in every way. Upon our first meeting, I signed a contract and did not meet or consider any other agents. Ian was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I did not live at the property we were selling, so meeting there was a bit limiting. Ian made it happen. That initial meeting went so well... all information was clear and concise. He was kind and attentive to what we wanted. Excellent start to the sale! Not living at the property while it was listed could have proved problematic. However, that was not the case ever. When I was unable to attend to certain requests, Ian was there to arrange for someone else to oversee the situations. I only had to ask. I appreciated this extra time and effort immensely. The house closed escrow a little less than four months after listing the property. During the listing process we actually entered escrow three different times. Unfortunately, for differing reasons, the first two buyers fell out of escrow. What was so encouraging to me was the fact that even falling out of escrow, we seemed back in escrow with another offer within days. Amazing! Extremely appreciated during this time was the excellent communication every step of the way.
