Seller reviewI wasn't the easiest of sellers to deal with, I had a change of heart at first and declined an offer back in July. Ian was always understanding and polite. He never tried to steer me to one direction or another, but he helped me out during the process tremendously. He educated me on the market condition and told me what my options were. When I finally decided to put the house up for sale again a couple month later, Ian did everything in his power to make sure the house sells fast. We got an offer in 15 days if I remember correctly. From then on, the process was smooth and stress free. If I ever buy another house in Hawaii I will contact Ian for sure. It was a pleasure working with him and the whole team.
