She was realistic about what our property would sell for, kept us in the loop as the process played out, and anticipated issues that might come up in the process and helped guide us in the negotiating process on what might have been issues that could have prevented closing on the final sale. She stepped in at the final stage and helped empty out the site on short notice for sale using her local contacts to expedite the process. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I can't recommend her highly enough!
