It was fantastic l working with Irene. She's the only realtor I would send referrals. Irene went above and beyond to make sure the property showed well for a very successful Broker's Open, which helped SOLD the property in two weeks!!!

Irene (and Kimberly) of Selling Paradise is amazing. We felt like we were her only clients from the get-go. In fact, when we first called her (because of a listing she had that looked hopeful) we had been working with a realtor for about two weeks who only put us on an email list. We never heard anything else from that realtor. We began to actively do our own house-hunting, and we found Irene through a listing she had. When we told her all of the details of what we were looking for in a house (and we were pretty specific and picky) and about our previous experience with a different realtor, she confidently told us that we had found, in her, a NEW realtor who would make us a priority. And that was absolutely true! She met every one of our needs, and she easily adapted to our style of house-hunting detail, to include useful spreadsheets of important Florida home information that made narrowing down our choices easier and also educated us on what to look for in Florida homes. Throughout the process Irene was always available, professional, extremely helpful, and like a best friend. She was also, thankfully, forthright--making sure we did not overpay or end up with a house we would later regret. If she could tell from the start that a house was a bad deal, she didn't waste her time or ours. Because we were out-of-state buyers, in the end, Irene and Kimberly made it possible for us to go into contract with only a Skype showing! The house we chose met every one of our criteria, exceeded many of our expectations, and was a fair price. The only negative about finding the perfect house with Selling Paradise is that after the closing, the contact with Irene and Kimberly slows down. They are a joy to work with.

We were referred by another realtor who felt she didn't have the time to give us the service we needed. She highly recommended Irene and Kimberly. They were definitely prepared when we met them for the first time. Professional but friendly and we felt they truly wanted our business. Irene and Kimberly were there for us throughout the entire process from start to finish. Sometimes we were a pain because we were no longer living in the USA but they kept us in the loop the entire time. They also inspected out house weekly to ensure all was well since it was unoccupied. It was tough because of the time it took and the fact that we were no longer local but Irene and Kimberly were there for us the entire way. When we did get a contract they were on the same page as us and were tough negotiators for us. I would recommend this team to anyone. Should we be in the area again and need a realtor you can bet your last dollar that Irene and Kimberly will be the first ones we call!

Irene went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She made the experience of buying a house easy and fun. She should my dozens and dozens of houses over the last 2 years with the patience of a saint. She always checked out the house before meeting me there so she would be completely prepared with advice and answered my questions without hesitation. I have to say I have not met a realtor as exceptional as a Irene. She is an asset to your company and I will highly recommend her to my colleagues, friends and family.

Overall I would give Irene a 10/10. On top of everything she made us the most beautiful house warming gift for our daughter that she sleeps with every night. Irene is a very talented woman in work and outside. I'm extremely grateful to have had her working with us
