Seller reviewIrma was a great broker and I would recommend her without any reservations. Irma was great! I would not change a thing as regards her work for us. Irma worked so hard and completed the job of finding us a buyer. the property was unique and the pool of prospective buyers was rather small. I was very happy with the results and I know that she worked hard. It made us sad that another real estate office that the buyer knew was able to get part of her commission because she did all the work herself.Irma still was very gracious and we will always be grateful to her. Irma always called and kept us up to date on what was going on. Irma even called us while she was on vacation. I think that shows a real dedication to her job.

Buyer reviewIrma was very attentive to our needs, responsive and professional while being friendly and approachable. She knew the areas we were looking at very well and had valuable insight while showing us properties. Once we made our decision, she was attentive in processing and getting agreement on the offer. Getting us through the whole process was stress free on our end but understanding she handled issues on her end were not as stree free considering obstacles. Seller reviewShe is a relative and puts lots of effort in doing everything she can to sell my house. She is a hard worker. Never gives up just keeps on trying. She has a lot of knowledge. Not because she is a relative I respect her because she never gives up. She is good in keeping up with all of the paper work. Allways kept me informed on what is going on. A person that should always be rated as #1.
