Buyer reviewI met J. Trinidad Hernandez at an open house he was hosting, my husband and I bought the same property. As our first home we were more nervous to proceed with this BIG purchase but he made everything go so smoothly he was always available to answer our questions. He will always work around our work schedule if we needed to sign papers he would do the courtesy of driving them to us, faxing it, or emailing them. J. Trinidad Hernandez was always so punctual and he made sure we had everything done at a timely manner so we wouldn't have bumps done the road. He made us feel very comfortable we decided to contact him again to help sell that same property. He sold our condo within 3 weeks. We have been so pleased with his services we had him represent us again with another purchase. We have used him three times in about two years. We will be referring him to our friends and family. We are very happy with working with him and look forward to doing it again!

Seller reviewHe helped us sell our condo in about 3 weeks! He is great I will consider using him to sell my house if I need to again!!! My husband and I where very pleased with his services! Trino always kepted in touch with us; we where always informed. When we need to sign papers he went out of his way to come to our house to sign them, he also emailed us, faxed us papers. He was very helpful and he made everything go SUPER SMOOTHLY!! I will use him again if I ever need his services, I am already recommending him to my friends, family and colleagues.
