I am Jaci Stone from CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I have a Slogan that reads, "I Walk on Fire for my clients!", and I have! And yes, I did that to prove that there isn't anything I can't accomplish for my customers.

I was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, moving to Florida 22 years ago. I grew up living by Lake Erie and love the water. Knowing the water as I do makes me an ideal candidate to handle your Waterfront Properties. I live and work in Apollo Beach with my 2 Pekingese dogs. Family is everything to me, having 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. My Family is My Why.

I first started this relationship with Jaci, I think early 2016 before she took on her partner Jack Wesley. It's been an incredible journey and without Jaci's extensive knowledge about the area we never would have made the move. We had many ups and downs but Jaci and Jack never gave up even when we did for a time. Once we got back on track and our home on the market and quickly sold, the search became fierce and without fail we got our home!!! Jaci became more than our realtor during the sale and purchase of our homes. She was available day and night, for 2 years, through multiple sales contracts and rental agreements. She was available day and night and while holding open houses during our community garage sales she helped sell more than our house! That is just a small glimpse into the lengths she will go to for her clients. She is always professional and when necessary, she isn't afraid to get tough and take a stand for her clients. She never pushes price reductions just to sell a house and never loses site of her client's best interest. Selling or buying a home (both in our case) is a life-changing event.
