Jack has always stayed calmed and clear headed and helped him to understand the situation and he doesn't ever get frustrated with what is thrown at him. Jack is always polite and had my husband and my best interest as with he would with any client, I trust him completely and we are very happy in our new condo thanks to Jack, he has gone above and beyond what other real estate brokers will do and is very professional to the other brokers even when I feel they weren't very professional in the dealing of property.
